I'm Lila Pugh and I have been with Mary Washington for 26 years. During my time here, I have worked in many capacities from being a Unit Coordinator in the critical care area to administrative to my current position in recruiting. In this position, I worked closely with Managers to hire Associates for our contract agency pool. In this position I act as the liaison to outside agencies for bringing travelers in for contracts. Since May 2011, I have been doing in-house recruitment for various departments. Evident from my work history, there is room to grow here at MWHC. I have truly enjoyed my years here, meeting many people and making many friends. I hope that you will come on board and be a part of our team. |
